Is my inquiry confidential and secure from other institutions, financial or otherwise?  CFO's policy is to maintain the utmost security.  Any information/documentation provided to CFO is not shared or released without prior written consent from any prospective or current client.  We are not in the shared information business.  Our integrity and technology allow us to give you this guarantee.

 

Why use a collection agency?  Debtors now realize that you are serious about collecting this account.  They now know you have reained professionals to collect this debt.  They will understand their only options are to pay, deal with bad credit ratings or court proceedings.  We are experts at collecting past due accounts utilizing and enforcing all available local and national debt recovery laws.

 

What information do I need to get started?  Your company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address and contact person.  Additiionally, the debtor's contact information, name, address, phone number, fax number and email address.  Also, we require the total amount owed plus fees and interest and a copy of an invoice.  It's that simple.

 

How much does it cost and are there annual fees?  Our national network of bonded collection agents are performance based.  That being said, we only earn or charge fees upon successful collections.  There are no additional costs and no annual or start-up fees.

How long does it take to collect the debts I submit?  The age of the debt plays a part in how long it takes to collect.  The older or aged the debt, the harder it is to collect.  The quicker you can identify trouble (90 days past due +) the better.  We do not look to adversely affect any business relationship.  Our clients must rate the importance of their debtor prior to any communication on our part.  Upon your inquiry we can address this important matter.
